RFP for 10 Pressure Vessels

The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking a firm-fixed price proposal for the fabrication of 10 pressure vessels. The proposal should include a completed RFP page, SARC Form, and PUR-466 Form. The vessels should be fabricated as per the attached SOW and drawings. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the vessels to Fermilab's Receiving Warehouse 2. The award will be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation's requirements, and is judged to represent best value to FFDG. • The contractor must include F.O.B. Fermilab delivery terms in their quotation. • All freight charges must be included in the quotation. • The contractor must complete and return the SARC and PUR-466 forms with their proposal. • The proposal must be submitted by 5pm CST November 14, 2025.
