Moyno Pumps & Pump Parts UTC

The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, Division of Sewerage and Drainage is seeking bids for a Universal Term Contract (UTC) to provide Moyno Pumps and Pump Parts for existing L&J frame and 2000 pumps located at the two wastewater treatment plants. The contract will be in effect through July 31, 2028. Bidders are required to submit an outline of their experience and work history in providing Moyno pumps, parts, and warranty service for the past five years, as well as references from four separate equipment sales. The bid includes a list of 114 items, including Moyno pumps, parts, and accessories. • The contract is for a term of approximately 2 years, from the date of award through July 31, 2028. • The City of Columbus reserves the right to extend the contract for additional periods. • Bidders must submit their bids in accordance with the instructions provided in the bid package. • The City of Columbus will evaluate bids based on factors including price, experience, and references. • The contract includes provisions for cooperative purchasing with other agencies.
