Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide chemical resistant flooring for the USS TRIPOLI LHA-7 at the Sasebo shipyard in Japan. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced proposal that meets the requirements of the solicitation. The period of performance is expected to be from 17 Aug 2026 to 30 Nov 2026.
• The contractor must have an active U.S. Navy Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) in the Japan Region.
• The contractor must demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042.
• The contractor must provide all necessary materials and labor to complete the work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to occupational safety and health.
• The contractor must provide a quality management system that meets the requirements of NAVSEA Standard Item 00904.
