Description
The City of Salina is soliciting sealed bids to perform comprehensive residential rehabilitation work on a CDBG‑funded home. The scope includes replacement of windows and exterior doors, repair and painting of soffit and fascia, interior door bumpers, kitchen floor stabilization, basement wall foundation remediation, and new gutter/downspout installation. Bidders must be Lead Certified, possess a UEI, and complete a mandatory site‑walk before submitting a sealed bid. All engineering documentation and inspections are required for structural components.
