The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for various structures and improvements in the right of way or easement areas. The selected contractor will be required to provide services for the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contract term is expected to be 30 days, and the contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class. The contractor must also provide a performance and payment bond, and maintain liability insurance throughout the duration of the work. • The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class. • The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond. • The contractor must maintain liability insurance throughout the duration of the work. • The contractor must comply with all pertinent regulations (State/Federal/Local/Industry). • The contractor must provide a bid price for each parcel. • The contractor must begin work when the Notice to Proceed is issued by GDOT. • The contractor must complete all work within 30 days from the Notice to Proceed.
