Description
The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is seeking bids for the purchase of a Ventrac Tractor: KN, 4520Y Kubota D902 with included weight transfer, SDLA Hand controls, 4 Rear weights, Front fenders, Foot pegs including specified accessories. The contract will be awarded to the vendor whose offer is the most advantageous on the basis of "best value" for all products, services, and requirements contained in the solicitation. The evaluation criteria include price, delivery time, and warranty.
• The Ventrac Tractor must meet the specified requirements, including a minimum 60 Month/2000 Hour Full Warranty.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance prior to award, with a minimum limit of liability of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
• The contract will be for a one-time purchase only, with an estimated quantity of 1 unit.
