The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) to supply, fabricate, and install 224 dual‑layer and 2 single‑layer manually operated roller shades in Building 86 of the Sheridan VA Health Care Center, WY. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision, ensuring the shades meet strict healthcare‑setting requirements (medical‑grade cleanability, fire safety, ADA accessibility, antimicrobial finishes, etc.). The work must be completed within a 90‑day period after contract award, with site visits available for pre‑bid familiarization.
