The Royal Netherlands Air and Space Force (RNLASF) is seeking a contractor to integrate multiple OEM aviation simulators for their Multi-Ship, Multi-Type (MSMT) helicopter simulation program. The ideal partner must demonstrate knowledge and expertise in multi-stakeholder program management, systems integration, technical interoperability, open architecture, and user empowerment. The contractor will be responsible for integrating the RNLASF's AH-64E Apache and CH-47F Chinook Multi-Ship, Single-Type (MSST) collective training systems into a single, cohesive MSMT training environment.
• The contractor must have experience as a lead systems integrator and demonstrate the ability to manage a program of this size and complexity with multiple independent stakeholders and OEMs.
• The contractor must provide a comprehensive suite of user-friendly tools that allows RNLASF personnel to independently manage the training environment without access to proprietary source code.
• The contractor must design and deliver the final integrated system on a modular, open architecture, explicitly enabling future integration of other platforms with minimal non-recurring engineering.
• The contractor must develop and implement a solution to bridge the heterogeneous technology stack, which includes different Image Generators, constructive simulations, and proprietary OEM software.
