School Kitchen Renovations

The Lansing School District is seeking bids for kitchen renovations at four schools: Gardner Elementary, Ebersole Center, Attwood Elementary, and Dwight Rich PK-8. The project includes selective demolition, rough carpentry, installation of new flooring, painting, and plumbing/HVAC work. Bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting and submit their bids by April 9, 2026. The project is expected to start in the summer of 2026 and be completed by August 11, 2026. • The project involves renovating kitchen areas, including demolition, carpentry, flooring, painting, and plumbing/HVAC work. • Bidders must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the project. • The project is divided into six bid divisions: General Trades, Drywall and Acoustical, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing and HVAC, and Electrical. • Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope, plainly labeled, and include a bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check. • The district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive informalities in bidding.
