Brand Name Intent - Hose Assembly (Assy)

The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF) is seeking to award a brand name, firm fixed price contract for the supply of 1-1/2" x 36" Hose Assembly and Testing. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106, and the delivery date is set for April 15, 2026. Interested parties may respond to the notice of intent by February 27, 2026, and must provide clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed. The requirements include providing a hose assembly with specific technical specifications, such as a smooth rubber outer cover, Teflon bore, and 300 series stainless steel crimp style female cam and groove swivel couplers. • The contract is for the supply of 6 hose assemblies, each with a length of 36 feet and a minimum pressure rating of 150 PSI. • The hose assemblies must be made of Saint-Gobain Chemfluor hose (WTLCT) with 300 series stainless steel swivel couplers. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance and mark the date of manufacture on the material. • A minimum of 85% shelf-life shall remain from the date of manufacture upon receipt.
