VALVE SEAWATER FD

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide a 1 1/2 inch flanged seawater pressure reducing valve, in accordance with Leslie Controls Inc. drawing 19692N and Certification Data Sheet 39097N, Class HWWLN-2XB. The valve must meet specific material and testing requirements, including quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis, non-destructive tests, and hydrostatic testing. The contractor must also provide a certificate of compliance, certifying that the items/components furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document. • The valve must be made of specific materials, including ASTM-A582, Type 416, Condition T, HRC 26-32, and QQ-N-281, Class A. • The contractor must perform various tests, including non-destructive tests, hydrostatic tests, and weldability tests. • The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance, certifying that the items/components furnished under this contract comply with the requirements of the procurement document. • The contractor must maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-9001, and provide and maintain a quality system in accordance with ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025.
