Filter First compliant bottle fill stations

The Clare Public Schools (CPS) is seeking a contractor to install new Filter First compliant bottle fill drinking stations. The project involves removing all existing drinking fountains and installing 24 new vandal-resistant Elkay bottle fill stations that meet the requirements of Filter First. The contractor will be responsible for all measurements, electrical and mechanical installation, and ensuring that all work is completed by June 30, 2026. The project requires compliance with all State of Michigan and local codes, as well as prevailing wage requirements. • The project includes the installation of 19 Elkay ezH20 Vandal-Resistant Bottle Filling Station & Single Cooler Filtered Refrigerated Stainless (Model Number: ELVRC8WSK) and 5 Elkay ezH20 Vandal-Resistant Bottle Filling Stations & Bi-Level Cooler Filtered Refrigerated Stainless (Model Number: ELVRCTL8WSK). • The contractor must provide a sworn and notarized affidavit and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. • A walkthrough of the project is scheduled for January 28, 2026, at 10:00am, and all questions must be submitted by February 6, 2026, at 12:00pm.
