26-056 Owner's Representative for Decommissioning and Demolition of The South Former Baptist Hospital Campus (CDBG-DR Area)

The City of Pensacola is seeking an Owner’s Representative to oversee the complete decommissioning, demolition, and site remediation of the southern portion of the former Baptist Hospital Campus. The effort is funded partially by HUD’s CDBG‑DR program and aims to remove unsafe structures, mitigate hazardous material risks, and prepare the land for future resilient redevelopment. • Provide overall project management, schedule coordination, and compliance oversight for demolition activities. • Ensure all regulated hazardous building materials are identified, removed, and disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. • Serve as the City’s liaison to contractors, regulators, and stakeholders, guaranteeing adherence to labor standards, Section 3 requirements, and reporting obligations.
