The U.S. Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is seeking a vendor to provide a DUPLEX STRAINER, NPS 4", BRONZE BODY, ANSI CL 150 FLAT FACE FLANGES, 20 PERFORATED HOLES MONEL BASKETS for fluid filtration. The vendor must provide the item by January 2, 2026, and the delivery address is U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room- BLDG 88, Baltimore, MD, 21226. The payment terms are NET 30, and the vendor must have an active SAM.Gov registration or provide proof of registration. The evaluation criteria include best value, who can provide the complete requirement, who meets the required time frame, and price.
* The item must be shipped to the specified delivery address.
* The vendor must provide an itemized packaging list securely attached to the outside of the shipment.
* The material must be packed for shipment using Military Packaging.
* The material must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded unless otherwise authorized by the Contracting Officer.
* The vendor must submit an invoice through https://www.ipp.gov.
* The invoice must contain the CG Purchase Order number, vendor's invoice number, cage number, PO item number, description of supplies or services, unit prices, and extended totals.
