Description
The Cowlitz County Department of Public Works is seeking bids for the supply of approximately 28 scrim reinforced polyethylene geomembranes, each with a dimension of 100 ft. x 200 ft. The geomembranes will be used as interim covering of landfill surfaces at the Headquarters Landfill. Bidders must provide a detailed description of the material offered, including product literature, and must comply with the Geosynthetic Research Institute (GRI) GM22 standard specification. The bid price submitted shall include delivery of the completed units to the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill.
• The geomembranes must meet or exceed the required technical specifications
• The material offered must include all of the manufacturer's standard material for the material type offered
• Bidders must provide a specification sheet attached to the bid proposal
• The bid price submitted shall include delivery of the completed units to the Cowlitz County Headquarters Landfill
• The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bids, and to accept other than the low bid if it appears to be in the best interests of the County
