Description
Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools is seeking a proposal for the purchase of surplus Apple products, including iPads and iPhones. The devices have been used but are in working condition with minor blemishes. The successful bidder will be required to provide a one-time up-front bid and include packing and pickup from the school's warehouse as part of the bid. The bidder must also provide at least three business references from other districts or organizations comparable in size to this bid.
• The surplus devices include 429 iPad 5th Gen 32GB (Wifi), 507 iPhone 14, and other Apple products.
• The bidder must provide a documented scope of work and guarantee to secure packing and pickup at the school's technology warehouse within two weeks of receiving the bid award.
• The bidder must also provide model and quantity verification upon pickup from the warehouse and a full list of equipment serial numbers upon evaluation.
• The school reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted without reason.
