Description
The Jackson County Port Authority is seeking a Request for Quotes Formal (RFQF) for the purchase of Liquid Polymer. The purpose of the RFQF is to advertise this competitive procurement for solicitation of formal quotes from potential bidders to participate in a Reverse Auction. The contract will be awarded to serve the best interest of the Owner. Key aspects of the job include:
• Registration with Central Auction House is required for all bidders
• Responses may be received electronically or via sealed paper bid
• The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality
• The contract is expected to be awarded after the submission deadline
