The City of St. Charles is seeking qualified contractors to reconstruct Regency Parkway between Zumbehl Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The scope includes demolition of existing pavement, sidewalks, and curbs; installation of new integral curbs, concrete roadway pavement, storm‑water improvements, new sidewalks and driveways, a mid‑block radar‑activated flashing beacon crossing, and comprehensive street lighting throughout the corridor.
