The City of Green Bay’s Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department is seeking a qualified contractor to fully restore and stain the exterior log siding of the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary Director’s Residence and its detached garage. The work includes removal of existing finishes, surface preparation (including corn‑cob blasting or equivalent), sanding, caulking, sealing, application of a premium oil‑based penetrating wood stain, site protection, and final cleanup. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and safety measures, and must provide a two‑year workmanship warranty. Bids are due 19 Nov 2026, with a pre‑bid site inspection on 10 Nov 2026.
