PACKING , PREFORMED

The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is seeking a vendor to provide preformed packing for use on the 175 WLM seal, bulkhead shaft. The packing must be individually preserved in a sealable bag, cushioned in a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap, and packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. Each package must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded. The vendor must also provide an itemized packaging list securely attached to the outside of the shipment. * The packing must meet the requirements of MIL-STD-2073-1E. * The packing must be individually preserved in a sealable bag. * The packing must be cushioned in a double layer of 3/4 inch bubble wrap. * The packing must be packed in an appropriately sized ASTM-D5118 double-wall fiberboard box. * Each package must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded. * The vendor must provide an itemized packaging list securely attached to the outside of the shipment.
