ITB - LT Ross Building Reroof

The City of Knoxville is seeking bids for the LT Ross Building Reroof project. The work consists of roofing upgrades to the LT Ross Building, which is approximately 64,835 square feet. The new roof system will be a direct adhered TPO or PVC roof system with a 20-year no-limit warranty by the manufacturer/installer. Insulation upgrades will be made as necessary to meet energy code based on roof core results. The project also includes the design of a built-up roof to assure positive, adequate roof drainage and the ability to retrofit for a future solar panel array installation without voiding the manufacturer’s product warranty. • Roofing upgrades to the LT Ross Building • New direct adhered TPO or PVC roof system with a 20-year no-limit warranty • Insulation upgrades as necessary to meet energy code • Design of a built-up roof for positive roof drainage and potential future solar panel installation
