Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking bids for a statewide contract for tractors with specialty mowers. The contract will have an initial term of three years with two one-year renewal options. The contractor will be required to provide all goods and services as specified in the contract to all Tennessee state agencies and authorized users.
• The contractor must provide tractors with specialty mowers that meet the specifications outlined in the contract.
• The contractor must provide training to operators of the tractors with specialty mowers.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and employment practices.
• The contractor must provide proof of non-discrimination and post notices of non-discrimination in conspicuous places.
