Plaza Drive Street Reconstruction Project

The City of Eden Prairie is seeking qualified contractors to fully reconstruct Plaza Drive, encompassing removal and replacement of bituminous pavement, concrete curbs and gutters, extensive excavation, granular embankments, lightweight cellular fill, asphalt wearing courses, and a perforated pipe drainage system. The scope includes all labor, materials, and related site work to complete the project in‑place, adhering to Minnesota statutory requirements for responsible contractors. • Remove approx. 850 SY of existing pavement and replace with new asphalt wearing course. • Remove and replace 361 LF of concrete curbs and gutters, plus install 580 LF of 6‑in. perforated TP pipe drainage. • Perform extensive excavation (≈ 1883 CY total) and place granular and lightweight cellular fill. • Comply with MINN.
