The Village of Riverside is seeking contractors to fully reconstruct Southcote Road (from Selbourne Rd to Uvedale Rd) with a complete hot‑mix asphalt overlay, new concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway aprons, ADA curb ramps, and related traffic‑control and pavement‑marking work. The scope includes demolition of existing pavement, removal of existing utilities where required, installation of new sub‑grade and base layers, and final surfacing with thermoplastic markings.
• Full‑depth asphalt overlay and pavement removal across the defined corridor.
• New concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and ADA‑compliant curb ramps.
