Description
The Florida Department of Health, Palm Beach County has the need to purchase upgrades and an annual maintenance agreement for the existing Andover Continuum and EcoStruxure Building Management System (BAS) manufactured and distributed by Schneider Electric USA. The BAS was engineered, installed, and commissioned to control the Palm Beach County Health Department HVAC, emergency generator, energy management, and lighting control systems. The department is seeking to purchase as a single source, upgrades and an annual maintenance service agreement from Advanced Control Corporation.
• The required services include access control system installation and building maintenance.
• The term of the contract is 3 years.
• The estimated dollar amount is $270,000.00.
• Advanced Control Corporation is Schneider Electric’s sole authorized distributor and installer serving the South Florida region for the required upgrades and maintenance agreement.
