The vendor must provide a brand‑new, never‑used unit with all accessories, shipping, handling, and delivery charges prepaid (FOB WCC). The lift must meet the specified technical criteria (6,000 lb capacity, 72‑in rise, 110 VAC power) and be delivered on or before 30 June 2026. Pricing must exclude all sales and excise taxes, and the submission must include a signed vendor acknowledgement PDF sent via email.
