The City of Springfield is seeking a qualified contractor to perform concrete repair and restoration of the South Stairs at City Hall, including site protection, removal of deteriorated concrete, structural patching, and application of a two‑part epoxy coating. An addendum expands the scope to also include identical work on the Northwest Entry Stairs, which must be priced into a single lump‑sum bid. The project is open‑market, requires a 10 % bid bond, performance and payment bonds, and compliance with Oregon prevailing‑wage and nondiscrimination requirements.
