Description
The Internal Services Department of Los Angeles County is seeking bids for the supply of APX8000 radio batteries. The required batteries are 4800mAh Li-ion IP68 short 21700 cell, with a Motorola PM4486LIPIC battery smart 2 IP68, 4800mAh lithium-ion, part number OS4486XTLI-I-WP, or equivalent. The total quantity required is 16,030 units. Bidders must be authorized distributors or resellers of the products they offer. The bid submission deadline is 4/21/2026 at 12:00 PM.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance and additional insured endorsement.
• The bidder must complete and return the attached exhibits 1-7.
• The bidder must provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer.
• The bidder must meet the operating requirements of the using department.
• The equipment offered must be new, unused, and current models.
• The bidder must agree to accept for credit any merchandise returned in good condition within five days after receipt of goods without any handling charges.
