Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services is offering a one-time sales contract for Expended Small Arms Cartridge Casings (ESACC) through this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The ESACC are defined as cartridge cases from small arms ammunition used in live-fire training or testing and collected after use during operations. The Purchaser will be expected to pay the Unit Bid Price for each Item upon removal based on weight. The contract has a firm fixed price, and the Government expects the Purchaser to perform all requirements at the bid price submitted.
Key points to consider:
• The Purchaser must remove all items or none of the items in this IFB.
• The Purchaser must possess all appropriate licenses for all items or have subcontractors with appropriate licenses to remove all Items.
• The contract has a minimum guaranteed quantity per SCL as listed in Table 1.
• The Purchaser shall hold the Government harmless from any and all demands, suits, actions, or claims arising from or otherwise relating to the purchase of this material.
• The Purchaser must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including environmental and safety regulations.
