Description
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound requires the procurement of 1 LTFW PUMP (Part # NA2003) as a replacement material. The pump will be procured using a sole source, commercial, firm fixed price, supply type contract with ECI Defense Group. The contractor must be an authorized distributor for Buffalo Pumps and provide documentation to support this. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical exceptions, price, delivery, and past performance.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for the delivered item.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor must comply with the antiterrorism/force protection policy for defense contractors outside the United States.
• The contractor must provide antiterrorism/force protection awareness information to its personnel.
• The contractor must obtain and comply with the most current antiterrorism/force protection guidance.
