HILARO SPRINGS ROAD TO BASELINE

The Pulaski County is seeking bids for the construction of approximately 6,000-feet of bike trail from Hilaro Springs Road to Baseline Road. The project includes the construction of a 10-foot wide concrete bike trail, a 182-foot prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, multiple pipe crossings, marked roadway crossings, striping, safety railing, and miscellaneous related items. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. • The project is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws, and other federal laws. • A State of Arkansas Contractor’s License is not required to bid on the project, but the successful bidder must furnish a payment and performance bond upon contract award. • The project is estimated to be completed within an unspecified timeframe, but bidders must remain in effect for 60 days after the bid opening date. • The contract is subject to the Build America Buy America (BABA) provisions.
