Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, firm fixed price contract with Nordson DAGE for the purpose of purchasing the Nordson Q7Pro X-ray Inspection System. The system will be used for failure analysis, semiconductor package analysis, and high-end xray with top image clarity. The equipment is required to be delivered by 12/31/2027.
• The Nordson Q7Pro X-Ray Inspection System - XPLANE+CT configuration meets all EDAU requirements and consolidates all mandatory features.
• The system includes a dual mode quadra NT for crystal clear images, a Nordson DAGE Onyx FP 6.5Mpixel detector, and geometric magnification 750x + digital zoom.
• The system also includes X-Plane: high resolution, high magnification CT functionality, and MXI computerized tomography uCT: micrometer feature recognition in 3D.
• The FBI conducted comprehensive market research and determined that only Nordson has equipment that will meet EDAU technical requirements.
