• The total project budget is $5,000, funded by a federal Historic Preservation Fund grant for CLGs.
• The consultant will be paid 40% of the RFP price after submitting satisfactory presentation materials, 40% after notifications have been published, and 20% upon satisfactory completion of the workshop.
• The City has adopted a Local Preference Policy and a Professional and other Services Policy that may pertain to this project.
• The City has established a 4% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and 4% Women Business Enterprise (WBE) goal for the participation of MWBE firms in supplying goods and services for the completion of this project.
