The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority (HACN) is seeking bids to fully rehabilitate a single-family home in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The work includes interior carpentry (cabinetry, countertops, fascia, soffit, doors, storm door), electrical work (kitchen vent hood), flooring (vinyl waterproof flooring), and plumbing (well‑house cover, kitchen sink & faucet). The contractor must start within two weeks of award notification and complete all work within 27 working days.
