GLASS REPLACEMENT

Humble Independent School District is seeking a vendor to provide glass replacement services on an as-needed basis. The services include building glass replacement, vehicle glass replacement, and glass tinting services. The selected vendor must be capable of responding to both scheduled maintenance needs and emergency service requests across all district campuses, administrative buildings, transportation facilities, and other district-owned properties. The vendor must provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work. The contract term is from the award date through July 13, 2029, unless otherwise agreed upon. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing comprehensive glass replacement services across Humble ISD facilities and vehicle fleet • Responding to scheduled maintenance needs and emergency service requests • Complying with applicable local, state, and federal codes, safety regulations, and industry standards • Providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work • Meeting the evaluation criteria contained in the RFP, including purchase percentage offered, reputation of the vendor, quality of the vendor's goods or services, and extent to which the goods or services meet the district's needs
