Description
The U.S. Navy NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support office is seeking a qualified contractor to design, manufacture, test, and deliver Ethernet‑capable adapter/connector assemblies (NSN 5935‑01‑678‑7255, “SWA5”) for naval weapon‑system applications. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price and includes:
• Production of the connector assemblies (approximately 600 units total across base and option quantities) and delivery to multiple DoDAAC sites (Newport, WA, VA, HI).
• Completion of first‑article testing (4 units) and three production‑lot tests (4 units each), with associated test plans, reports, and failure‑analysis documentation.
• Monthly progress and status reporting (DD Form 1423) and compliance with FAR/DFARS property‑management and cybersecurity clauses.
• No government‑furnished property will be provided; the contractor bears all testing costs and must price the work with and without the FAT cost.
• An optional 365‑day extension period is available, allowing up to a 120 % increase in quantity.
