NASA’s Space Science Center (NSSC) requires Niobium Alloy (BH-10) spheriodized powder for use at the Glenn Research Center. The agency has identified ATI Specialty Alloys & Components, LLC as the sole source provider under FAR 12.102(a). Interested vendors may submit a capability statement by the deadline; however, quotes will not be evaluated. The procurement follows FAR Part 12 for commercial items.
