Description
The North Middlesex Regional School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to undertake and perform paving work at Varnum Brook Elementary School in Pepperell, MA, and Hawthorne Brook Middle School in Townsend, MA. The project involves curb and sidewalk reconstruction. Separate price and non-price proposals are required.
• The RFP documents will be available upon request by email to Kevin Cormier.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, May 8, 2026.
• All questions should be submitted before May 15, 2026, at 4 pm.
• The contract will be awarded to a responsible and responsive vendor offering the most advantageous proposal.
