IFB27-004 North Glynn Restroom Upgrades

The Glynn County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the renovation of restrooms at the North Glynn Recreation Complex. The project includes the renovation of men's and ladies' restrooms at the baseball complex, softball complex, and football/soccer complex. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the project. The project timeline is 90 days from the notice to proceed, and the ideal project start timeframe is mid to late November, with completion by mid to late February.
