Description
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking quotes for the procurement of Gage Plugs (Not Go Special) in support of the Rock Island Arsenal - Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIAJMTC). The award will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order to the lowest price, responsive, and responsible contractor whose quote conforms to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and represents the lowest total evaluated price.
• The contractor shall provide a unique item identifier for the delivered items.
• The contractor shall deliver all items under a contract line, subline, or exhibit line item.
• The contractor shall submit the information required by paragraphs (d) and (e) of this clause as follows: End items shall be reported using the receiving report capability in Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
• The contractor shall use the information in the Routing Data Table only to fill in applicable fields in WAWF when creating payment requests and receiving reports in the system.
• The contractor shall comply with the FAR clauses incorporated in this contract by reference to implement provisions of law or Executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial products and commercial services.
