Fiscal Years (FY)2027 and FY2028 Laser Guided Training Round (LGTR) BDU-59C/B Production

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is intending to enter into sole source negotiations with Lockheed Martin Corporation for the production of the BDU-59C/B Laser Guided Training Round (LGTR). This contract will be a firm fixed price modification under contract N0001924C0004, and it will add FY 2027 & 2028 production to the contract. The LGTR is designed, developed, and manufactured by Lockheed Martin Corporation, and they are the only company with the requisite knowledge, production tooling, facilities, and technical data necessary to meet this requirement. • The contract is for the production of the BDU-59C/B LGTR. • The contract will be a firm fixed price modification under contract N0001924C0004. • The production will be for FY 2027 & 2028. • Lockheed Martin Corporation is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the LGTR.
