The Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a qualified contractor to newly manufacture a linear direct valve (NSN 4810‑00‑809‑8502 RK) in quantities ranging from six to seventeen units, with an optional surge‑plan logistics line item that must be delivered within thirty calendar days of award. The valve must be marked with a Unique Item Identifier (Construct 2) and reported via the Wide Area Workflow system. The solicitation is a firm‑fixed‑price RFQ, not set‑aside for small businesses, and includes extensive compliance clauses covering Buy‑American requirements, cybersecurity (NIST 800‑171), and prohibited telecommunications equipment.
