Description
The Atlanta Independent School System is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the building and site improvements at Midtown High School. The project includes a 300-seat addition, locker rooms, offices, parking, tennis courts, and other site improvements. The total stated cost limitation is $40,000,000. The CMAR will be responsible for preconstruction services, including design phase, bidding, and award phase, as well as construction services. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months.
