Gerisch Gymnasium Improvements

The Southgate Community Schools is seeking a contractor to perform improvements to the Gerisch Gymnasium. The project includes the removal and replacement of existing flooring, installation of telescoping bleachers, and miscellaneous electrical work. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with the owner to ensure that the work does not disrupt normal school operations. The project requires the contractor to verify all existing dimensions in the field prior to commencing work and to patch and repair all exposed surfaces.
