Demolition of Structures FY2026 Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes

The City of Seaford, Delaware, is seeking bids for the demolition of a structure located at 321 Harrington Street. The project includes: 1. Demolition of the structure 2. Asbestos removal (by a licensed subcontractor) prior to demolition 3. Proper disposal of materials and debris 4.
