Description
The Navajo Nation Department of Diné Education seeks qualified contractors to remodel and expand an administrative office in Window Rock, AZ. The work includes demolition of an interior wall, construction of a new wall and door, relocation of electrical and telecommunications wiring, flooring replacement, drywall finishing, painting, and installation of lighting fixtures. Bidders may propose for the entire scope or any subset for which they have the necessary qualifications, licenses, and insurance. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed physical envelope by the deadline, with required certifications and a separate cost proposal.
• Demolition of existing interior wall and construction of new wall/door to enlarge office space.
• Relocation of electrical and telecom wiring, new lighting, flooring, drywall, and paint finishes.
• Mandatory submission of Navajo Nation certification, W‑9, liability‑insurance, and priority‑vendor marking.
• All proposals must be received by 5:00 pm MST on April 9, 2026; late submissions will not be accepted.
