Description
The Pentwater Public Schools is seeking bids for the Improvements & Renovations Project. The project involves the construction of renovations and improvements to the Pentwater Public Schools. A pre-bid conference will be held on November 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM, and bids will be opened on November 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their Contract amount prior to execution of Contracts. Key aspects of the project include:
• Renovations and improvements to the Pentwater Public Schools
• Construction will be managed by a Construction Manager
• Bidders must place an order on www.skillmanplanroom.com to download documents electronically or request printed documents
• A minimum wage has been determined for this Project, and contractors must pay wage rates as established by the Wage Scale
• Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid
