This solicitation seeks a qualified general contractor to design and construct a new traffic‑signal system at the intersection of NW 82 St and NW 114 Ave in Doral, FL. The work includes full traffic‑signal installation (mast arms, poles, signal heads, controllers, video detectors), roadway signing, pavement markings, maintenance‑of‑traffic (MOT) during construction, site preparation (clearing, grubbing, earthwork), concrete curb & gutter, sidewalks, and related utility work.
