Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The scope of work includes the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder. The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the completion of the demolition project. The contractor must also comply with all pertinent regulations, including the Georgia Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Act of 1990 and the Georgia Rules for Solid Waste Management.
