Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is seeking information on qualified sources for planning purposes to derive one contract to provide tailored training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations. The training services will support the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) and will require subject matter experts in submarine operations and shore support. The anticipated base Period of Performance for an eventual contract is 01 July 2026 through 30 June 2027, followed by four subsequent one-year option periods.
